Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download, refunds cannot normally be provided.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Memberships

Memberships and recurring support may be canceled at any time through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
